A FranklinCovey consulting experience is tailored to your precise needs, beginning with a robust pre-consulting call, continuing with an engaging on-site experience, and concluding with expert-designed follow-up to ensure sustained behavior change and results.
While we offer several off-the-shelf sales training solutions, all of our consultant-led engagements can be custom-tailored to your organization’s specific needs.
For most clients, a consultant-led training engagement takes two or three days and includes an expert-designed playbook system and/or post-training coaching sessions to ensure sustained results following the training. A consultant-led training experience includes:
Pre-Engagement Discovery Call | In order to determine your business objectives and desired outcomes, each consultant-led engagement will start with a discovery call with one of FranklinCovey’s experienced sales consultants. |
Training Days | Depending on the scope of the solution, a consultant-led training engagement will involve up to 5 training days (what we refer to as base camps). |
Post-Training Execution | In most cases, training alone will not have a long-term impact on the individuals and organizations and that is why all consultant-led engagements should include additional coaching and/or execution playbooks. |
